Terms of Service

Sovayze is an actively developed, operating product. The following are functional today for registered users: SARATHI AI-generated day-by-day itinerary planning (subject to a free-tier usage quota), live flight search and booking hand-off via Duffel, live hotel search and booking hand-off via LiteAPI, budget tracking, multi-currency display, weather forecasts, and Group Trip Mode (shared itineraries with voting and comments). SARATHI Business features - client/traveler profiles, an agent dashboard, bulk itinerary generation, and co-branded exports - are also functional for Business-tier accounts.

The following are still in active development and not yet available: Team Seats (sharing one Business subscription across multiple team members), in-app subscription purchases for SARATHI Plus/Business (paid tiers are not yet purchasable), live real-time pricing for buses, trains, car rentals and cruises (currently shown as algorithmic estimates, not live provider quotes), and travel insurance. The Sovayze app is not yet published on the Apple App Store or Google Play - download links on this site will be enabled once it is available. Feature availability may change before and after public launch.

Sovayze uses artificial intelligence (“SARATHI”) to generate travel itineraries and recommendations. AI-generated content may contain errors - incorrect hours, unrealistic travel times, outdated pricing, or unavailable venues. Itineraries are for planning purposes only; verify all details with the relevant provider before relying on them for travel decisions.

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Don't misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Sovayze facilitates search and comparison of travel services offered by independent third-party providers (airlines, hotels, rail operators, car rental companies - each, a “Provider”). Unless explicitly stated otherwise at reservation time, the Provider - not Sovayze - is the seller of record and is solely responsible for the performance, safety, legality, and fulfillment of the travel service. Prices shown may include Sovayze's own service margin where applicable, but your booking contract and payment are completed directly with the Provider (or its designated payment processor), subject to the Provider's own terms. Sovayze is not a party to that contract.

Pricing, availability, currency support, and weather data referenced on this website are illustrative and depend on third parties where applicable. Bus, train, car rental, and cruise pricing is currently algorithmic/estimated rather than a live quote from the operator. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any price, feature, or information shown.

Sovayze's Group Trip Mode may calculate suggested cost splits among trip participants for convenience only. Sovayze does not process, custody, hold, or transmit funds between users. Any payment between participants happens directly between them or via a separate service of their choosing; Sovayze bears no responsibility for such payments.

Travel involves inherent risks - delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, health/safety conditions, and events outside any party's control. You accept these risks as part of travel; Sovayze is not responsible for resulting losses except to the extent directly caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Sovayze offers a “SARATHI Business” tier for travel agents/teams, letting a subscriber create profiles for their own clients/travelers (“Client Data”) and generate or save itineraries on their behalf. If you use this feature, you represent that you've obtained any consent required by applicable law before entering a client's name, email, phone, or notes, and that you have a lawful basis to do so. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Client Data you enter and your own compliance with data-protection laws applicable to your clients (Sovayze acts only as a processor on your instructions). You may delete a client profile at any time from the Agent Dashboard.

All content on this website and in the app - text, graphics, logos, and the Sovayze name - is the property of Shobha With Shubhra LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovayze, Shobha With Shubhra LLC, and their officers/employees/affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or travel opportunity. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Sovayze in the preceding 12 months, or (b) US $100. Nothing here limits liability where prohibited by law (e.g. certain EU/UK/US-state consumer-protection laws).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sovayze from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of a third party's rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Shobha With Shubhra LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where applicable local consumer-protection law requires otherwise, that law will govern instead.
