Terms of Service

Sovayze is an itinerary planning service operated by Shobha With Shubhra LLC. It builds day-by-day travel plans and links you to the airlines, hotels, tour operators and transport providers who take bookings.

Sovayze is not a travel agency, a tour operator, or a seller of travel. We do not sell, book, or accept payment for travel, and we are not the agent of any provider.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
• In-app bookings are not currently supported (see Section 3). All flight, hotel, bus, train, and car listings are shown for informational/search purposes only; the final booking and payment happen directly on the third-party operator's own website or app. Paid subscription plans are billed in-app through Apple or Google (see Section 3).
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account, and keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.
• Notify us immediately at support@sovayze.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by emailing support@sovayze.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, as described in Section 13 (Termination).

• Sovayze does not process trip-booking payments in-app. All bookings and payments for flights, hotels, transport or activities are completed directly with the third-party operator, under that operator's own terms and payment processes.
• Paid subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Business) are billed through Apple's or Google's own in-app purchase systems. We never see or store your card details; we receive your subscription status and purchase history through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, so we can unlock the features you have paid for. Pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation are governed by the app store you subscribed through.
• Cancellation, refund, and change policies for any booking are set entirely by the third-party operator you book with. Sovayze has no ability to cancel, refund, or modify a third-party booking on your behalf, and is not a party to the contract you enter into with that operator.
• Prices shown are estimates in USD (converted to your selected display currency) and may be sourced from live third-party data (flights, hotels) or algorithmic estimates (bus, train, car, cruise) where live data isn't available.
• Actual price, availability, taxes, and local currency are confirmed only on the operator's booking site at the time of purchase.
• Personalized itineraries, budgets, and visa information are estimates/guidance only - always verify visa, entry, health, and travel requirements with official government or embassy sources before traveling.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. You are responsible for arranging your own cover, and for deciding whether you and your travel party are fit to undertake the activities in a plan, including at altitude, on water, or in remote or seasonal conditions.

• Sovayze offers a “SARATHI Business” tier for travel agents and teams, letting a subscriber create profiles for their own clients/travelers (“Client Data”) and generate or save itineraries on their behalf.
• If you use this feature, you represent and warrant that you have obtained any consent required by applicable law before entering a client's info, and that you have a lawful basis to do so.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Client Data you enter and for your own compliance with data-protection laws (Sovayze acts only as a processor on your instructions).
• You may delete a client profile at any time from the Agent Dashboard; associated saved trips remain under your own account but are unlinked from the deleted client.
• If you are a travel agent, tour operator, or other travel professional using Sovayze on behalf of your own clients, you remain solely responsible for the professional duty of care you owe those clients. Sovayze-generated itineraries are planning suggestions, not a substitute for your own professional judgment, and you must not present them to your clients as independently verified, guaranteed, or licensed professional advice unless you have done that verification yourself.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our servers, or any connected networks.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service to book, resell, or represent travel services on behalf of others commercially without our prior written permission (except via the dedicated SARATHI Business feature).
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by Shobha With Shubhra LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial travel-planning purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Some destination photos shown in the Service are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under their original authors' open licenses (Creative Commons or public domain), attributed in-app to the original author/license where shown - these images remain the property of their respective authors/licensors, not Sovayze.

What you create in the Service - TravelNoteBook notes and photos, comments, and custom itineraries - remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, back up and display it so we can provide the Service to you, and to show it to the other members of a trip you choose to share it with. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies in backups, which are purged on our standard rotation cycle.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not including other people's personal information without their agreement.

If you create a group trip, you decide who to invite and you are responsible for having the right to share the information you put into it. Members can see the shared itinerary, votes and day-by-day comments. Keep other people's personal information out of a shared trip unless they have agreed to it. The trip owner can remove members and delete the trip; deleting the trip deletes its shared itinerary and comments for everyone.

The Service links out to and uses data from third parties (airlines, Booking.com, Google Places, Ticketmaster, our flight and hotel search data providers, the Wikimedia Foundation, and our itinerary-generation infrastructure providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or policies of these third-party services - please review their own terms and privacy policies before booking or providing information to them. If you tap a Ticketmaster event to view details or buy tickets, you leave the Service and any purchase is made directly with Ticketmaster, subject to its own terms.

Some booking links shown in the Service may, now or in the future, be commercially compensated (“affiliate”) links - meaning Sovayze may earn a commission from a travel provider or an affiliate network (e.g. Travelpayouts) if you complete a booking after following that link. This does not increase the price you pay. Where an affiliate relationship is active for a given link, we identify it in the Service consistent with applicable advertising-disclosure laws (e.g. FTC endorsement guidance in the US).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that generated itineraries, pricing, or availability information will be accurate, complete, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOVAYZE AND SHOBHA WITH SHUBHRA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under consumer protection law that applies to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shobha With Shubhra LLC and its officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Trip suggestions, itineraries, and recommendations shown in the Service are generated using automated tools and may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Always independently verify pricing, availability, visa/entry requirements, safety advisories, and health requirements before making travel decisions.

Certain screens show supplementary “planning insight” cards (Seat Comfort, Ride Comfort Outlook, Airport Flow, Meal Satisfaction, Room Comfort, Sleep Quality, Mood Match, quick tags) computed from general patterns, not live/verified data. The “Ride Comfort Outlook” is explicitly NOT a safety forecast - always follow crew instructions and keep your seatbelt fastened regardless of what it shows. These insights are for general planning convenience only and may vary significantly from actual conditions.

The Service may show closure/renovation notices (checked against Google Places' live listing status) and “Happening During Your Trip” (live ticketed events from Ticketmaster's Discovery API), alongside AI-assisted, non-verified summaries of other local happenings. Closure notices may be outdated - confirm with the venue. Sovayze does not sell tickets. “Add to Trip” only saves a personal note, it does not reserve/purchase.

Marking a saved search result “Booked” in My Trips automatically surfaces it on the matching day of your saved itinerary based on destination/date overlap - this is best-effort matching, does not verify your booking with any provider, and you remain solely responsible for confirming your actual reservation.

You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent/unlawful activity, or created legal risk for us. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 15 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates in the app with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the carve-outs below, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. You agree to first attempt informal resolution via support@sovayze.com before formal legal action.

If you are a consumer in Quebec or Ontario, Canada: nothing in these Terms requires you to bring a claim only through arbitration or waives your right to participate in a class action, to the extent that requirement would be unenforceable against you under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) or the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario). Those provisions do not apply to you, and you may bring a claim in your own province's courts where that law requires it.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited/eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, with the remaining Terms staying in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sovayze.
